I have been going to Dr. Lester since 02/16/2016 for Weight loss. The program works. I have lost 57 lbs and feel great. I exercise daily by walking, getting at least 10,000 steps a day. I buy all my food at the grocery store, nothing prepackaged. I know how to make the right choices when I eat out. I did not start seriously walking until I had been on the program for 5 months and lost some weight. Losing the initial weight gave me the energy to start walking. I wear a Fitbit so I can track my daily exercise and have step challenges with family and friends. I am now in the maintenance portion of the program.
